B and B Water Project Inc. board meeting minutes, operation reports, and agendas may be found listed below. All meetings are focused on matters from the previous month. May (5/19/2026) board meeting agenda:
- Minor-Maintenance items -locate Valves /trees** on bethel lane by RR tracks & Pumpstation on Hinkle.
- Submeter installation -2nd one / it was on order. Status? Sub-meter Hinkle road was installed…update
- We need new board members.
- We need to see if we have funds available for additional residential meters (we have 40 in inventory and BFU is installing 10 per month)
- Water Loss -Priority item additional SUBMETERS/Valves… (Jeff Underwood question) we need to continue and install as many as we can afford each month..
- Follow up with attorney on the water tower contract vs information from Wessler’s findings Dillion Lambermont/-John Richards
- Follow up visit from Alliance once we have 2nd submeter installed.
- What is the water loss action plan from BFU for next 60 days?
