Our crews are currently repairing a leak on Serendipity; they are planning to install a new valve in the 4000 block of Mount Gilead Rd later today. Customers in this area may experience low pressure or temporary water loss. If the scheduled valve installment needs to be postponed, we will update you accordingly.

Dear B&B Water Project Customer: Our crew is repairing a leak on Serendipity Dr today. Customers in the area may experience periods of low pressure or temporary water loss throughout the morning and afternoon.
Once water is restored, in consultation with the Indiana Department of Environmental Management, it has been determined that water customers in the areas specified below should boil their drinking water until further notice.
