New Term Water Service Contract-Bid Packets Available

Request for Proposals (RFP): New Water Utility Contract Term

B & B Water Project, Inc. (B&B) is seeking proposals for an experienced contractor to provide Office and Administration services; in addition, it seeks an experienced contractor to provide Field Operations as well. B&B Water Project is a not-for-profit corporation that was established in 1967 to provide water service to residents in portions of Bloomington and Benton townships. An interested party may propose one or both services. Initial contract length will be for three (3) years beginning January 1, 2026, and may be renewed for an additional two (2) years.
