Those regulations help to ensure that everyone is receiving high quality water at a fair price. All increases in service rates are directly related to the cost of providing high quality service and are subjected to a public review process and comprehensive review and approval by the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission.

In all of our operations, B & B Water follows strict regulations created by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) that help to provide high quality drinking water.
